Hip Mobility Course

Dive deep into all things hip-related. The hips are a complex multi-axial ball and socket joint responsible for a wide range of movement. At their best, they are designed to bring both mobility and stability to the body, which affects the way you sit, walk, run, jump, move, and feel. It can also impact your lower back and play a part in the knee joint alignment below it.

In this course, I will be sharing ways to improve the functionality of all the muscles that surround the hips, including the hamstrings, quads, hip flexors, glutes, deep buttocks, low back, and core. We will focus on mobility, stability, and flexibility to develop the health and functionality of your hips, lower back, and overall wellbeing. We’ll explore how to improve hip strength through our range of motion.

As a result of our practice together, you will see improved flexibility and increased access to postures that may have seemed impossible in your yoga practice. This course is open to all levels.
